1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Maison L'Aly Luxe (Lydia Schmidt).

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, you place a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order through an order confirmation via email.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices and include the statutory value-added tax. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart and on the order page.
5. Payment Terms
Payment can be made optionally by:

6. Delivery
Delivery takes place within Germany. The delivery time is a maximum of 6 working days after receipt of payment.
7. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Detailed information on your right of withdrawal can be found in our cancellation policy.
8. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
9. Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue and can be redeemed for all products in the shop. Cash payment is not possible.

11. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
