Do you want to return an item? No problem – at Maison L'Aly Luxe, you can easily request your return online.

Here's how it works

1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Select the order and the item you wish to return.
3. State the reason for the return and submit the request.
4. We will review your request and send you a return label via email within 1–2 business days.

Our Return Policy

• Returns are possible within 30 days of receiving the goods.
• Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
• Please note that items from the Luxe Line are subject to individual inspection.
